We traveled to Fiji last week to train Elder & Sister Mendenhall who just arrived. The week was filled with great missionary and ITEP work. We had meetings with the Administrators at Fiji College (grades 7-13) and Fiji Primary School. We met with counselors and the teaching coaches. We made classroom observations. Sister Holbrook instructed both faculties about 'Scaffolding.'
The campus is tiered on a hillside. It is beautiful and green with a view of the ocean.

The Cookery class brought us a Strawberry, Banana Smoothie and a Trifle. It was delicious! |
This is our favorite tree in the South Pacific. We wish we could grow it in Utah! |
We were asked to help present 21 MOS Certification certificates to students.
That is a lot of hard work! Way to go students!
We attended the Primary School and had a great time with their staff.
We were able to attend the Fiji Temple. It is a beautiful temple
As we left the temple a beautiful moon was right above Angel Moroni. |
Thank you Mendenhall's for a wonderful week! |
