Fiji

We traveled to Fiji last week to train Elder & Sister Mendenhall who just arrived.  The week was filled with great missionary and ITEP work.  We had meetings with the Administrators at Fiji College (grades 7-13) and Fiji Primary School. We met with counselors and the teaching coaches.  We made classroom observations. Sister Holbrook instructed both faculties about 'Scaffolding.'

The campus is tiered on a hillside. It is beautiful and green with a view of the ocean.

The Cookery class brought us a
Strawberry, Banana Smoothie
 and a Trifle.
It was delicious!
This is our favorite tree in the South Pacific.
We wish we could grow it in Utah!
We were asked to help present 21 MOS Certification certificates to students.
That is a lot of hard work! Way to go students!

We attended the Primary School and had a great time with their staff.

We were able to attend the Fiji Temple.  It is a beautiful temple

As we left the temple a beautiful moon was
right above Angel Moroni.

Thank you Mendenhall's for a wonderful week!
