Foley's & Laurtizen's Farewell's

Elder & Sister Foley came to New Zealand
to report about their mission in Sauniatu, Apia Samoa.
We were able to train the Foley's in the Provo MTC two years ago.
We were able to host them for a couple of days.
We visited the Auckland Museum, Mt. Victoria, North Head,
and Skytower.

The Pacific Area Wing has an outrigger.
Yes, family my outrigger at home is a replica of this one ~ "My Moana"
I have fallen in love with Kiwi's but have not seen a live one.
They are nocturnal and rare.
 Kiwi Skeleton
Yes, this small hen size bird lays this large egg!
She will lay up to 100 eggs in her lifetime of approximately 24 years.
She will lay the egg, the male cares for the egg and hatchling.
Three different species specimen at the Museum.
There are many species of birds in Auckland as well.
Having a little fun with Bryce - notice the photo bomb 😀

My least favorite sea creature!
Good Luck Foley's in your adventures at home!

Elder & Sister Lauritzen came in the day the Foley's left.
We were able to train the Lauritzen's in the Provo MTC two years ago.
We are appreciative of their service at Saineha, Vava'u, Tonga.
Lunch with the Lauritzen's and the Office Team for Ameet's birthday.
At the Sky Tower
I was able to capture the Sky Tower shadow on the street below!
Farewell Lauritzen's as you move on to your next mission!
Let us know where!
