On Christmas Eve, some of the people in Paihia gathered at the park across the street from us.
They sang Christmas carols and lit candles at dusk. We sat on our balcony to participate.
They helped tourists feel the Spirit of Christmas!
We woke up in Paihia Christmas morning.

Zach got sick while he was here. He laid in the van most of the drive.
We stopped at the Parry Kauri Park to show them the huge trees.
