4 Days in Rotorua
On the 26th we drove south to Rotorua
On Wednesday the 27th we went to Waitomo Glow Worm Cave and Ruakuri Cave
Pictures cannot be taken inside of Waitomo Cave (this is off the internet)
Then we went to Ruakuri Cave and we could take pictures
This is a spiral walkway to go down in the cave.
There is a large rock at the base with water dripping on it.
Maori tradition is you wash away the world as you enter. Wash to leave the spirit in the cave.

On the way back to Rotorua we had dinner at the Flying Bandino Brothers - Mexican
We stopped at the Hamilton Temple Grounds to see the Christmas Lights
On Thursday, we went to the Maori village Te Puia for the geysers, sulfur springs, Maori Village and traditional dinner

The program was held in the Mauri
Emma and Addy were brought up to learn the Poi balls
After dinner they took us back to the geyser. They had us sit on the hot rocks to keep warm.
It was cold but they were really hot and sometimes hot air escaped by our feet
On Friday we went to Skyline in Rotorua
On the way back to Auckland we stopped at the Greenstone Museum.
This shop has a small museum. Then the family choose some Greenstone and Paua Shell items
