Tapapakanga Regional Falls

Sunday, May 13th was Mother's Day.
The Sunnyvale Ward gave mom's 'Roses'
I received a package from home with some of the most wonderful cards -EVER!
Thank you to my kids and grandchildren!!!!
Saturday we went for a drive to Tapapakanga Regional Park
Everything here is so green and lush - and it's Fall!
We had fun beach combing! Shells, pinecones and ...
No ... it isn't a cookie - a heart shaped rock!
This regional park was owned by the Ashby Family.
A beautiful home built in 1900
We drove another 30 minutes to Hunua Falls
Another beautiful waterfall and regional park
Bryce was so strong holding up the Falls!
We had smoothies with our lunch in Clevedon - Yummy!
Next door was a gift shop.
Bryce bought me a silver fern ring and earrings 😊Love them!
